Get found in the major search engines

In Internet Marketing, search engine marketing, or SEM, is a set of marketing methods designed to increase the visibility of a website in search engine results pages (SERPs). i360 Group utilizes Best Practice, "white hat" methods of achieving the best results.

There are a so many companies sending unsolicited eMails claiming to get you a number one position in Google. Beware of these offerings. Most of these companies utilize black-hat methods that can get you banned or blacklisted from the search engines. Imagine being on the first page of Google one week, then disappearing completely, and having to submit your case to Google to get re-instated. The time and cost to do this can be fatal to a business.

The major search engines and a number of reputable associations publish best practices to follow. We utilize these search engine optimization best practices in order to achieve the best results for our customers.

The three main methods for getting found in the search engines are:

  • Search engine optimization, or improving rankings for relevant keywords in search results by rectifying the website structure, and content such that they could be easily read and understood by the search engine's software programs. It is seen that websites containing the latest trends and updates are first available to the visitor.
  • Pay per click (PPC) - Paying the search engine company for a guaranteed high ranking or an ad displayed aside the results.
  • Paid inclusion, or paying the search engine or directory for a guarantee that the website is included in their natural search index.

i360 Group has Search Engine Marketing experts that explore the weaknesses and strengths in the methods and individual products to find the best way to promote a particular website in search engines.
